5k to 10mi

Next Level Running offers training packages for all race distances. This can be for you if your goal is to finish your first 5k, or to get faster at the 5k, work up to the 10k or 10-mile distance–whatever it may be! Next Level Running training programs are a personalized experience for every athlete. As your personal running coach, Melina will work with you one-on-one to develop a program specific to your current fitness level, goals, budget and availability. Customized plans may include the following elements:

  • One-on-one informational meeting/consultations with coach
  • Customized training plans for personal goal race(s)
  • Tuesday night group runs (6pm) with speedwork
  • Tuesday night strength training classes at IMPACT Sports Performance (7:30-8pm)
  • Additional 6 weeks of group runs + strength classes on Thursdays (see separate tab!)
  • a Next Level Running technical shirt
  • Ramp parking at HarborCenter
  • Access to HarborCenter lockers and showers
  • Optional add-ons:
    • In-house Physical Therapy assessments at HarborCenter
    • Personal nutrition counseling at IMPACT
    • Saturday morning (8am) group runs
    • One-on-one weekly coaching sessions

Currently we are offering 6, 8, and 10 week standard training packages–details below. Unique training packages can also be developed for alternative timelines or with additional elements (see above). Enrollment is always open and group runs/classes are always offered.
