Saturday Long Run

We will meet outside IMPACT Sports Performance on the sixth floor of HarborCenter. Group warm-ups will begin promptly at 7:45am. Afterwards, Melina will go over the day’s routes and provide instructions. Maps and directions for all routes will be provided for the following distances each week: 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, & 14 miles. Some water will be provided on course.

Fee is $5; please register ahead of time. Other distances and routes can be available! Email Melina@nextlevelrun.com to coordinate your long run.
