Saturday Long Run (at the Ridge)
We will meet at the casino (indoor lodge) at Chestnut Ridge Park. Promptly at 7:30am, we’ll do a brief group warm-up and Melina will go over the day’s routes and provide instructions. Maps and turn-by-turn directions for all routes will be provided. Water will be set up out on the course, approximately every 2-3 miles. The routes will remain entirely on roads surrounding the park.
Fee is just $5 for any guests or drop-ins. If you want to join the group run, email Melina@nextlevelrun.com ahead of time and more specific information can be provided. All ages and paces are welcome!
