New for Spring 2018!

We’ll be offering Thursday night group runs (6pm start time) followed by Thursday night strength training classes at IMPACT (7pm-7:30pm). These workouts will be offered for through May 17th.

You can sign up for the remaining four weeks of workouts below. Please note that these are not training packages and do not including individual coaching or training plans, just a block of group workouts.

Our Tuesday night runs/classes plus Saturday runs are ongoing (check out the calendar tab). You can email Melina@nextlevelrun.com to customize a training package that includes any combination of Tues/Thurs/Sat workouts, which will also include one-on-one coaching and a customized training plan. You can also drop in to any group training without being registered for a training package. It’s $5/run and $8/class for drop-ins–all experience and fitness levels are welcome.
