Winter Sessions ’17-’18

Whether you’re gearing up for racing or just trying to keep off that winter weight, join Next Level Running’s latest session of group workouts. We’ll have downtown group runs (Tuesdays @6pm; Saturdays @8am*), strength training classes (Tuesdays @7:30pm), and cross-training classes (Thursdays @5:30pm) at IMPACT Sports Performance inside HarborCenter. Training packages include personalized training plans to accommodate your own goals and schedule, and the coaching to help you get there. We can plan for all your winter races, keeping long term goals in mind.Don’t want the coaching or the plan? Then sign up for one of the workout passes! All programs also include free ramp parking and access to locker rooms with showers inside the HarborCenter. 

WINTER WORKOUT PASS:

Stay motivated this winter! This pass registers you for all runs and classes offered during the Winter Sessions (now through 2/1/18), choose whichever ones you want to attend. The full pass includes all runs and classes during this time period, or you can choose by date/run/class type. Join up with friends or come meet new ones!

      • Tuesday night group runs (6pm)
      • Tuesday night strength training classes (7:30-8pm)
      • Thursday night cross-training classes (5:30-6:30pm)
      • Saturday morning group runs (8am)

        Winter Workout Passes



        WINTER TRAINING PROGRAMS

        A winter training session for runners who want stay in shape during the winter or get a jumpstart on spring distance training. A great option for runners with early spring races!

                       PACKAGE A:

          • Saturday morning group runs (8am)
          • Personalized training plan and individual consultations with running coach
          • $70 for remaining 6 weeks



            PACKAGE B:

          • Tuesday night group runs (6pm)
          • Tuesday night strength training classes (7:30-8pm)
          • Personalized training plan and individual consultations with running coach
          • $100 for remaining 6 weeks




            PACKAGE C:

            • Saturday morning group runs (8am)
            • Tuesday night group runs (6pm)
            • Tuesday night strength training classes (7:30-8pm)
            • Personalized training plan and individual consultations with running coach
            • $135 for remaining 6 weeks




            PACKAGE D:

              • Saturday morning group runs (8am)
              • Tuesday night group runs (6pm)
              • Tuesday night strength training classes (7:30-8pm)
              • Thursday night cross-training classes (5:30-6:30pm)
              • Personalized training plan and individual consultations with running coach
              • $215 for remaining 6 weeks

                      • $160 for remaining 6 weeks
