After July 4th, we will be back to a full calendar of in-person group runs and classes! This summer & fall we’ll meet at HarborCenter on Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings through the end of October. Tuesday night group runs will begin with warm-ups at 5:50 PM on the ground floor of IMPACT, with classes post-run at 7:15 PM. Saturday mornings we’ll begin with warm-ups at 7:45 AM*, up on the 6th floor (*start time subject to change). Some of those Saturday long runs will be from Chestnut Ridge–see individual dates below! All experience levels are welcome for all workouts. Sign up below and Melina will send you all the routes and details. Parking is free in the HarborCenter ramp–tell the attendant that you’re going to IMPACT. Please arrive a few minutes early for all groups to sign in. Email with any questions!
