We are back to a full calendar of in-person group training starting January 8th! This season we’ll meet at HarborCenter on Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings. Wednesday night group runs will begin with warm-ups at 5:50 PM at the first floor gym of IMPACT, with 30-minute classes post-run at 7:15 PM. Saturday mornings we’ll begin with warm-ups at 8:15 AM, also up on the 6th floor. Once a month a Saturday long run will start from Chestnut Ridge. There’ll be no group run on Saturday, March 1st, on account of the Shamrock Run. All experience levels are welcome for all workouts. Sign up below and Melina will send you all the routes and details. Parking is free in the HarborCenter ramp–tell the attendant that you’re going to IMPACT. Please arrive a few minutes early for all groups to sign in. Email [email protected] with any questions!
