GROUP TRAINING PACKAGES & ONLINE COACHING:
GROUP TRAINING PACKAGES 2022: We are ready for a new year of group training, and we’ve got a full calendar set for this season! For winter/spring 2022 we’ll have weekly speed + strength sessions: group runs at followed by strength training classes on Wednesdays January through May. We’ll also have Saturday morning group long runs, mostly from HarborCenter but sometimes from other locations. For the HC runs, we’ll meet at IMPACT, run outside, and have classes indoors. For this season you can now purchase a training package that includes both coaching and in-person group training! Each option includes your coaching consultations and personalized training plan, weekly group emails, plus whichever group runs or classes you’d like to include for the season ahead. Saturday morning group runs will begin with 7:45am warm-ups on the 6th floor IMPACT training space. Wednesday night group runs will warm up at 5:50pm on the ground floor space, and strength training classes will be from 7:15-7:45pm.

ONLINE COACHING 2022: The established online training option with an initial consult, personalized training plan, and weekly consults. This works best for the runner who prefers to train solo, but still wants the benefit of a personal coach. You’ll have a plan to follow on your own but we’ll connect weekly to go over the workouts. Standard pricing is for the personalized training plan and weekly check-ins, but we can customize online training packages to include other elements such as weekly route planning, occasional group training, etc. Email [email protected] to set up the best program for you.
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP: This new option is the simplest way to join our community without committing to a full training program. You’ll stay in the loop with group emails and some communication with the coach. You can drop-in for any group training and will have the information ahead of time!

DROP-INS: You can still drop-in for any of our in-person group runs ($5/run) or strength training classes ($12/class). Email [email protected] with a heads up, and either pay online for individual dates or pay in-person with cash or card. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early if not pre-paid.
