We will meet in the hallway outside IMPACT Sports Performance on the sixth floor of HarborCenter. Promptly at 6:00pm, we’ll head into IMPACT for a group warmup. Afterwards, Melina will go over instructions for the run (outside). Maps, directions, and water will be provided.
Fee is just $5 for any guests or drop-ins. If you want to join the group run, email Melina@nextlevelrun.com ahead of time and more specific information can be provided. All ages and paces are welcome!
