June/July 2026: Wednesday Nights 6-7 PM
The Next Level Running Cross-Training Program is designed to introduce running athletes to effective off-season preparation through the Impact Private Training Model. The program emphasizes the importance of cross training as it relates to long-term athletic development. Athletes will be educated on technical mastery of select exercises, progressive overload of training, and how to take ownership of their training, while continuing to build confidence and familiarity in the weight room. This program is designed to create a more tactical environment where running athletes are appropriately challenged and stimulated. This program will provide a structured, challenging environment to help athletes develop both physically and mentally.
