Online Strength Training w/ IMPACT

Time: 6:00 pm  to  6:30 pm

Our weekly strength training class has moved to Zoom! Classes are led by IMPACT’s trainer Taylor Sexton. Registered runners will receive a Zoom meeting invite just before start time. Classes are from 6:00-6:30pm. No equipment is required, but if you own some light dumbbells, have them ready.
Fee is $10 for drop-ins. If you want to join the group class, email ahead of time and more specific information can be provided.
All fitness levels welcome!
