We will meet outside IMPACT Sports Performance on the sixth floor of HarborCenter. Promptly at 7:30pm, we’ll head into IMPACT for class. The class will be lead by one of IMPACT’s athletic trainers and is designed specifically for runners. Most attendees will be attending the 6pm group run prior to class, but that is not required.
Fee is $10 for any guests or drop-ins. If you want to join the group class, email Melina@nextlevelrun.com ahead of time and more specific information can be provided.
