CURRENT TRAINING PACKAGES:
Winter/Spring 2024

We’ve wrapped up our fall season and our on hiatus for the month of December. In early January, we’ll be back to a full calendar of group training! Our updated group training dates and packages are below, plus online coaching packages!

Runners can sign up for training packages for any number of weeks, and include whichever group training elements they plan to attend. Every training package includes a personalized training plan and multiple consultations with your coach, Melina. All group training packages include an NLR membership and bi-weekly group emails. Package A includes all Saturday morning group long runs; Package B includes all Wednesday night group run & strength training classes; Package C includes all Wednesday night group runs and class, plus all Saturday morning group runs; Package D includes both weekly group runs, no strength training. Online Coaching packages have the bonus of weekly coaching consults with Melina. Standard packages are below, but custom options are always available. ONLINE COACHING: This training option includes an initial coaching consult, personalized training plan, and weekly consults. This works best for the runner who prefers to train solo, but still wants the benefit of a personal coach.

Online Coaching

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP: This new option is the simplest way to join our community. You’ll stay in the loop with group emails and some communication with the coach.
