While in-person group training is unavailable, we’re offering online classes that you can join from home! For the month of July we’re doing Wednesday night strength training via Zoom with IMPACT. We also have a brand new option: Contemporary Mat Pilates! We’re newly partnered with Southtowns Pilates to do Zoom Pilates classes. All online classes through Next Level Running are designed with runners in mind, and are the perfect supplement to your run training.
