We’re currently offering online classes that you can join from home! All online classes through Next Level Running are designed with runners in mind, and are the perfect supplement to your run training.

Strength training classes will be via Zoom with IMPACT. Classes are 30 minutes and lead by one of IMPACT’s athletic trainers. Our April classes will be on Tuesdays at 6:15pm.

Mat Pilates will be via Zoom with Southtowns Pilates. Classes are now 30 minutes and pre-recorded by Brynn, but hosted live by Melina. Our March Pilates classes will be on Mondays at 6:15pm.
