We are back to a full calendar of in-person group training in early January! We’ll be doing Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings. The Wednesday night groups will start with a group dynamic warm-up at 5:50 PM inside IMPACT on the first floor. Then, we’ll head outside to run, generally 3 to 5 mile routes with a speedwork option. Post-run, you can stay for the group strength training workout with the trainers at IMPACT. The class will be from 7:15-7:45 PM (also first floor gym) and is appropriate for all fitness levels!
Saturday group runs will be longer runs, always with various distance options to accommodate different runners. Water will be provided along all routes! We’ll start with a group dynamic warm-up at 8:30 AM inside the IMPACT gym space on the 6th floor. Then, we’ll head outside to run! Maps, cups, and water provided. Melina will run a little with the group and then wait inside IMPACT for everyone to return. Everyone will run their own distance at their own pace, but all of the routes will overlap.
