Melina is taking the day off to get married! Doug will be her sub today and will lead the group run out of Delaware Park on account of IMPACT being closed for the Fitness Games.
We will meet outside Ashker’s Juicery on Ring Road at the Meadow entrance off Nottingham Terrace. Doug will lead a brief warmup and make announcements promptly at 8:00am. Maps and turn-by-turn directions for all routes will be provided. Water will be set up out on the course, approximately every 2-3 miles.
Fee is just $5 for any guests or drop-ins. If you want to join the group run, email Melina@nextlevelrun.com ahead of time and more specific information can be provided. All ages and paces are welcome!
