Saturday Long Run (at the Ridge)
We will meet at the casino (indoor lodge) at Chestnut Ridge Park. Promptly at 8:00 am, we’ll do a brief group warm-up and Melina will go over the day’s routes and provide instructions. Maps and directions for all routes will be provided. Some water will be set up out on the course.
Fee is $5; please register ahead of time. Email Melina@nextlevelrun.com with any questions. All ages and paces are welcome!
