Next Level Running will guest host this monthly social running event at Flying Bison Brewing Co! There’ll be 4.5 and 2.5 mile routes, winding through downtown, along the Buffalo River, and First Ward then back to the brewery for refreshments.
The run starts and ends at Flying Bison Brewing Co located at 840 Seneca Street in Buffalo. Doors open at 10:00am; run begins promptly at 11:00am. Pint & soda specials available in the tasting room afterwards, during a seminar lead by Melina Buck (owner/coach of Next Level Running).
The November 17th Urban Trail Run will also fundraise for Buffalo’s chapter of Girls on the Run!
