NOVEMBER & DECEMBER 2024: Wednesday Nights 6-7PM
The Next Level Running Cross-Training Program is designed to introduce running athletes to effective off-season preparation through the Impact Private Training Model. The focus of this program is to teach athletes the importance of cross-training for long-term athletic development.
Participants will learn:
- Technical mastery of key exercises
- The principles of progressive overload
- How to take ownership of their training while building confidence in the weight room
This program will provide a structured, challenging environment to help athletes develop both physically and mentally.
Program Overview
- Dates: November 6th – December 18th (Wednesdays, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
- no workout on Wed. Nov. 27th, Thanksgiving Break
- Location: Impact Sports Performance (1st Floor)
Program Structure
- Phase 1: Strength (4 weeks)
- Phase 2: Running-Specific Strength (2 weeks)
Key Focus Areas
- Perfecting technique
- Enhancing neuromuscular control
- Building foundational strength and stability for speed development
- Injury prevention specific to running
Performance Tracking
Athletes will track their progress using the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- FMS Y-Balance (stability, mobility, neuromuscular control)
- Bodyweight Step Downs (single leg strength)

- Cost: $150 for 6 total sessions (1 day per week)
