CURRENT TRAINING PACKAGES:
Winter/Spring 2025

In person group training will resume in early January. Standard packages are below, but custom options are always available. If you want to set up a custom training package, or you not sure which option to choose, just email [email protected] to discuss the options and assemble a program that fits your needs and schedule.

Runners can sign up for training packages for any number of weeks, starting and ending on any timeline, and include whichever group training elements they plan to attend. Every training package includes a personalized training plan and multiple consultations with your coach, Melina. All group training packages include an NLR membership and bi-weekly group emails. Package A includes all Saturday morning group long runs; Package B includes all Wednesday night group run & strength training classes; Package C includes both Wednesday night group runs and classes and Saturday morning group runs. Online Coaching packages do not include the in-person groups or weekly emails, but will include weekly coaching consults with Melina.

GROUP TRAINING PACKAGES: These options include regular in-person groups from IMPACT at HarborCenter, plus weekly emails.

ONLINE COACHING: This training option includes an initial coaching consult, personalized training plan, and weekly consults. This works best for the runner who prefers to train solo, but still wants the benefit of a personal coach.

Online Coaching Packages


MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP: This option helps you stay in the loop with all bi-weekly group emails and coach availability for questions and advice, but not a full training plan. If you plan to drop in regularly, this is a simple way to join the community!
