Next Level Training Programs:

Next Level Running training programs are a personalized experience for every athlete. It starts with a one-on-one consultation with your personal running coach. Based on your input, Melina will develop a program specific to your fitness level, goals, budget, and personal schedule. Down the road, you’ll also receive a mid-season consultation and a pre-race strategy session. Throughout your training, Melina is available for questions, advice, and feedback.

You choose the length of your program and whichever group training you’d like to attend during those weeks. Scroll down to see some of the standard package options, or contact Melina to discuss a custom package and figure out what’s best for you.

Training packages can include any of the following:

  • Weekly group emails with information about upcoming runs and other events
  • Saturday morning group runs (8am start)
    • group long distance run
      • overlapping routes for different distances scheduled
    • water provided every few miles
    • printed maps for all runners
  • Wednesday night group runs (6pm start)
    • group speedwork
      • different workouts scheduled for all fitness levels
    • printed maps for all runners
  • Wednesday night group strength training classes (7:30-8pm)
  • Monday night group cross-training classes (TBD)
  • Free ramp parking at HarborCenter
  • Access to HarborCenter lockers and showers

Training Package Options:

Pricing is determined by number of weeks and amount of group training included, but unique training packages can be developed. Enrollment is always open and group runs are always offered. Now offering Next Level Luxe. You can upgrade any package to include weekly check-ins and encouragement from your coach, via email, phone call, or text—your choice. This option is designed for the runner who wants that extra motivation and greater accountability. Any standard or custom training package can include this extra level of coaching. Sounds like too much?!

We can simplify any package to include just group training, no personal training plan. You’ll choose what dates you want to attend, and set up group training workouts ahead of time, but other than that you’ll be on your own. This option is designed for the self-motivated runner who wants to be part of our community and attend group training, but might not need all the coaching. Email Melina@nextlevelrun.com directly to talk about setting up a no frills program that’s right for you.
