Saturday Long Run (at the Ridge)
We will meet at the casino (indoor lodge) at Chestnut Ridge Park. Promptly at 8:30 am, we’ll do a brief group warm-up and Melina will go over the day’s routes and provide instructions. Maps and directions for all routes will be provided: 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, & 14 mile options. Some water will be set up out on the course.
Fee is $5; please register ahead of time. Email Melina@nextlevelrun.com with any questions. All ages and paces are welcome!
